OPERATION ST. NICHOLAS

St. Nicholas’ feast day is celebrated in the Armenian Church two times, this year on November 23 and December 7.
For the past ten years, Operation Saint Nicholas has helped over 70 families in and around the Capital District. Operation Saint Nicholas is an opportunity for us, as a church community, to help people in their time of need. This time of year especially, we all count our blessings. Let us help others count their blessings as well by helping families in need.
We will be collecting gift cards to Hannaford, Price Chopper, Shop Rite, WalMart, Target, Walgreens, Rite Aid, CVS, etc. that will then be distributed to those in need, members from our church as well as from the greater Capital District. Cash (or check) donations will also be graciously accepted. Consider helping out! Any amount, large or small, can make a difference in someone’s life. Be a part of the blessing and let St. Nicholas live in your heart. (While the givers and the receivers will remain anonymous, you will be informed with basic information as to how your contribution helped.)
